At some point it did move and when I raised it back up it will not go back down. It is stuck in the upper position and moves about 1/2" up or down when the lever control is used. 3 point still needs pressure to lower but not raise. Chris, first try to adjust the clutch. I attached some images from the manual. check the wiring. If the wiring does not reveal any problem and a clutch adjustment does not resolve it, it may be time to replace the clutch.
