Ensure FPS++ is downloaded and you have a higher refresh rate set than 40 . It's just not really that possible to run TOTK that smoothly on the deck yet. You might be able to eek out a few more frames by using some other tweaks, but it won't be a very big improvement. Frames just drop to low and sub-20 in certain areas and when you use certain powers. The most common cause of poor framerates in Yuzu on Deck is not using Vulkan. You can fix that by going into Yuzu and clicking where it says OpenGL at the bottom. It should change to say Vulkan.
