From initial impressions, it's a good firearm. Actually quite accurate for a 2.5" barrel, and I was impressed by the smooth cycle and reasonable recoil for a firearm so small. I do think the trigger pull is extremely long though, even for a DOA.There is a couple things to be aware of with the Bodyguard 380 and they all issues with the laser. 1. On some units the activation buttons were hard to operate. 2. If the laser mounting screw comes loose it can bind the slide. 3. The brass insert has a tendency to pull out of the Polymer frame.The Smith and Wesson Bodyguard has a 2.75” barrel. The gun is 5.4” in length, 4.1” in height, and a very svelte 0.75” in width.
