I didn't like shooting 3-1/2's so I downsized. to a 3" gun. When the 935 shot it put out a great pattern but the Stoeger puts out great patterns also. Both were. great patterning guns in MY experience. Both felt good to me when I picked them up but the Stoeger runs ALOT. cleaner than the 935 and will go longer between cleanings.

The "SXP" is a lightly redesigned 1300, Made in Turkey. I've shot a grand total of one. Worked fine, but had a very short stock. Shouldn't be very expensive. The SuperNova is likely the pick of your litter, though the need for a 3-1/2 in. chamber may not be there for you.

I do believe that the 'basic' foundation of the gun and that of the Ithaca 37 were from JMB's design.
