On Xbox app for mobile (iOS and Android): Launch Xbox app. Go to Settings and scroll down until you reach Support & Feedback. Changes were recently made within the crediting system. No worries though, you'll start earning points after doing a couple of initial searches. Rest assured, the points that you will earn for the day will not be affected, you will still have the capability to earn until you reach your maximum daily earning limit.
