Luming batons is a lot easier than luming numbers and the numbers on the 126900 were a little slimmed down from the 116900 so applying lume directly on the dial to light up the numerals is no easy task as they're not on larger white gold raised templates.

Now, Lume does seem to "wear out" over time (I have a few watches that once had wonderful lume, now barely last 45 minutes). The best test is to just charge and try.
