It kinda looks like it might. Might spray some lime away on the whole works to get a better idea how it's put together. It looks like maybe the white part should unscrew. When I take out the aerator, it looks perfectly clean. Also, when the aerator is out, the water comes out of the sink with decent power (I think) but it obviously sprays all over the place without the aerator.
