When it opens it flickers the last of us logo in the bottom side of the screen but then it disappears and once it does the screen goes completely black with a frozen "compiling shaders" and a locked FPS number so i'm guessing ... I tought it might be the new build that messed things up so i downloaded the old build and still get the black screen.
