How to build p80.

P80s are fun. You could have burrs on any of those parts that need time to smooth. Also, I believe the stronger the trigger spring is, the softer the reset. The stronger in value the striker spring is to trigger spring, the better the reset.I did a P80 compact build. I used an Exacto saw for the recoil spring area. I used the wife's Emory set for the file work. It flexes and doesn't scratch other areas. I had to file quite a bit on the rear rail to get it to clear the trigger bar. It shoots really well. Looking forward to the next build.

Im building a G23 with a Poly80 compact lower. I think you might need to get a LPK thats suited for .357 Sig (I know there is a G22/23 LPK here, but I dont know how different it is or why...) But other than that, I think the Poly80s are meant for any of the small frame calibers.
