Background: I had a hotel booking in a large city through a third party (Gosplitty). On my arrival (12:30 am) my wife and I noticed the hotel electricity was completely out. I called the hotel to issue a refund due to the hotel being in non-working order. Hotel clerk confirmed they could issue the refund.Hopper is a scam.
