Honestly, they're all great options. The Tikka takes weird Tikka mags and switching to an aftermarket barrel would be harder if upgrade path matters. And it appears to be a full custom job to upgrade the barrel someday. CZ or Bergara are both solid choices. I enjoy the chunkier feel of the B14R and the 700 platform when I'm shooting from a bench. Free hand from the shoulder though, I prefer the more svelte feeling of the 457. If I had to pick just one, I'd keep my B14R. As a whole, I just enjoy it more for my more typical use from a bench.
