Well at least 3-10 servers depending on day/time of day have upwards of 20 players so it isn't dead and besides this game is still damn fun even against a bunch of bots. I know that Tantive IV never gets old for me.

It could be possible that the servers are down and it’s under maintenance. Different EA games run on different servers. Basically, you can check the games’ server status by visiting the EA Help page and choose your game from the list. From your game’s page, there’s a Server Status icon.
