Hmm. I see lots of kill moves that npcs do on each other with violens enabled, and I have kill moves disabled so npcs may not use them against me. Might be another mod which is conflicting with that? Dunno. If the car beside you moves ahead / As much as if feels as though you're dead / You're not going backwards.
Reasonable: Walk Speed = 110. Run Speed = 305. Sprint Speed = 450. Sneak Walk = 95. Sneak Run = 160. There were some other minor edits that modified the movement speeds while holding weapons, spells, drawn bows, etc. in order to keep them proportional to the new, reasonable speeds.
