Summarize your bug The game is not generating or displaying Offensive Coordinators. I am unable to hire one (although it displayed and generated Defensive Coordinators without an issue). Without one being hired, I am unable to play the next season game. If I try, the game states I need to hire an Offensive Coordinator to continue.Bugs and glitches prevent you from being able to go a full 30 years in Madden 22. Sucks. Offline save and backup saves is the only way to go with this game. Otherwise it's like driving without insurance. I'm a little late, but I just found another thread that has the answer to this.
