They have no contact department for billing questions and you can only get a hold of sales people, who give you the run around when trying to get to someone in billing. When I tried to rebook as today it will cost me $1895, and the problem it will be in different flight then my wife and kids' flight. I copied JustFly on all my correspondences so they knew what I was appealing and what documents I had to support my case on getting a full refund. JustFly replied to me saying as a "jester of goodwill" they would offer me a full refund. I'm happy I got the refund, not upset with how they treated me, and what I had to do to get the full refund.
