I finally figured the least time consuming and diesel usage was to put it in parked regen when ever soot level reaches mid 70%.( Tractor regen occurs at 77% - 78%) Usually takes 30 - 40 minutes and done to get to 0% soot with parked regen. The tractor controlled regen can take over 3 hours and only drops the soot level to the mid 20s% to 30%.If the parked regen is not getting up to enough temp I would perform the following. Make sure there are no ex leaks or cac leaks present. Run the egr valve test and make sure it is not sticking. Make sure there are no biased engine sensor values. Check for the 7th injector being plugged and then run the air management test to make sure it passes.

Here is what happened. First I would like to explain what was supposed to happen for a regen. The mx5200 has a regen inhibit button if you do NOT want it to regen automatically. You have to manually push this button/option to inhibit regen. If button is not pushed then auto regen will happen as I work the tractor.This after asking if engine oil level was good and engine temps not too high. But, when I try to start a manual regen it does not work. Tractor in neutral (including PTO), parking brake on and motor up to normal operating temps. Soot gauge is at 3 bars.
