Every time you win a game you will get 1, 2 or 3 coaching credits. Once you are able to consistently win, prioritize raising your fan support into the third tier. You gotta spend money to make money. Retro bowls wins are worth 10 CC. Unused draft picks are also converted into CC, 1st round being worth 3 CC and descending.
