May 21, 2019 · Trying to repair this 15hp gamefisher ourboard motor and have ran into a couple of roadblocks. Neither spark plug is sparking, the wire configuration has been altered from past mechanic repairs so I have no idea where the 2 blue wires need to be. I purchased a brand new starter { pulley starter} from a Mercury dealer who now carry parts for the Gamefisher. The motor will not crank from the pulley starter. Its so tight that it has broken off two ropes.Re: Parts for Gamefisher 15HP IMO , you should keep that motor and get your uncle to show you how to work on it . As a learning experience , it would be priceless . The water pump is working great and the engine is also. It cost me $100.00 but he threw in a 80s 9.9 Force motor with a bad cylinder to use as a parts motor.

You can buy parts under Gamefisher or Force since they are identical. Some parts are expensive so ebay might be your best bet. On those Eska-based 15hp outboards, the fuel pump is a red rubberish bladder that fits into the carburetor on the flange of the carb. It needs to be installed with the narrow slot at 10 o'clock and 4 o'clock.
