On the bottom of the interior panel there are 2 6mm screws. (I only took a pic of one of them) Then, here's where you'll need the hook tool. There's a plastic cover over the screw in the door pull. (You may want t use a small flat head screwdriver here, if you're scared of ruining anything) its an 8mm screw.

You should have to pop the trim off the back that runs up olong the window post on the door. then pop off the little triangle mirror bolt cover on th e front post of the door. this will expose the screws and/clips that hold the panel on.
