Bought my C308 used in New condition right after Christmas 2015. CETME foregrip, fire control group and bolt/carrier assembly. Lower grip is G3 Navy. Upper is certainly PTR manufacture as is barrel. Century C308 - Loose Safety. I recently bought a Century CETME 308 'Classic' with the wood furniture. I know in the past these things have been a crap shoot as far as what you get, but mine at least so far has been solid. Welds look good, the bolt isn't ground down, spacing is good, no canted sights, etc. Fires well, and surprisingly accurate.
