The bottom line is blackstar is huge in PvE. It’s even great in PvP as a blackstar at pen is more viable than a caphras 20 kzarka and has the same stats. But a pen kzarka with a few caphras levels is much easier to get than a pen blackstar, so going blackstar is a very late decision for a pvp focused player (630+ GS IMO).
