Hi @Kathiell,. Thanks for the post! We would be more than happy to look further into this issue, but we will need more details. Can you please provide us with the following information?A hard reset solved the problem. Disconnect the Roku device from the TV and the power supply, then wait 30 seconds. Reconnect to the TV and the power supply, and when the bouncing Roku screen comes up on the TV, press the reset button on the Roku device and hold it pressed for 20 seconds.Second issue. After a few minutes of the Vizio TV running the HD app with the Model 3930 Express it would kick out to the Roku Hompage. Time to do this was not consistent usually a few minutes. I set the VIZIO HDMI port to which the Roku was plugged into to STANDARD setting in the Vizio setup menu and I set the CEC from enabled to DISABLED.Assuming direct subscription, remove the app. Then, reboot the Roku. Then, add the app back and log in with your Paramount+ credentials. If you are using Roku billing, you'll need someone more familiar with troubleshooting that setup. Perhaps @RokuDanny-R or @RokuMary-F can help.

Roku has not fixed the issue. I have a 2 month old Roku TV and it kicks me out of Prime vide, Apple Tv and Netflix. This should not be happening to so many people. I even replaced the batteries in the remote thinking that may be the issue.
