Description of Event: Cambria Country Arts and Heritage Festival will be held on September 9-10, 2023. This festival will include a variety of vendors, live music, military groups, re-enactments, living history, special guest speakers, local businesses, and much more. The Westmoreland Art Nationals is comprised of two exhibitions, one taking place at the Westmoreland County Community College and the second following at Twin Lakes Park during the Westmoreland Arts & Heritage Festival.
