I have a Quebec fleshing machine that needs a little TLC. It seems that over time the brass guards have been worn down a tad causing the radius of the guard to have a slight "dent" nearest the blade. This causes one part to cut more than the rest, and if I'm not careful things get ugly. The guards are bolted on using only one bolt.I've seen the Betcher and used it, and I'd just as soon have the electric mini flesher because it's cheaper.
