I'm thinking that's what they are! We looked on home depot and I'm thinking the low density foam tapes are what they used. The adhesive side had gridlines / mesh just like the robot. Wasn't 100% on the size but bought both available sizes anyway since they are inexpensive. For some reason I haven't seen anyone online talking about replacing them.
