Lately we've noticed that blocked sites are "leaking" through and being accessed by the students. It seems we can recreate the problem if we turn wifi off and on and quickly access normally blocked site (s) for some time. This seems to occur whether the device is on-campus (we also have Rocket) or on off-campus wifi.
