I'm assuming it works pretty much the same way, so basically i'm just guessing that there are a lot of matches you can't get into which causes longer time to find a match (but this is just a guess). That should automatically open the necessary ports which in turn gives you an open nat. If that doesn't work you can manually forward the necessary ports.
