From everything I can find is that it's a bug that randomly hits people and they just have to wait until the bug decides to leave so they can play normally. You'll know you're clear when that "XP RECOMMENDED" tag leaves your weapons. Mine fixed itself earlier today in-between games of DMZ.

23 keys/contraband bug workaround. As many know, there's a bug which wipes keys, contraband weapons and mission items to 23 everyday. My current workaround is to stow 3 weapons in primary, secondary and back back slot at the end of the day before turning off. For keys, stow as many keys in your backpack as you can before turning off.

My insured weapon loads in, but is missing its camo and extended magazine I pick up a cool gun with nice camo, then by the end of the match it reverts to plain colors, no camo.
