There is a BotW Savegame Editor where you can upload your CEMU save games and tweak all sorts of settings, but some of them don't work too easily from a new save game file. For example, you can give yourself all the Runes, but you can't select any Runes using the D-Pad until you actually pick up a Rune in-game for the first time.

Make sure to click save after each edit and watch the visuals change in-game without the need of restarting the emulator. Make sure you're set to separable shaders. Enjoy! There's a save file converter on gbatemp. But you need a modded switch as previously stated. People transfer saves back and forth all the time for use with cemu since you can add or remove items and then have a modded game on switch.
