Most likely via guaranteed pen quest to get your DP up and vell for those sweet, sweet 281AP. BTW, your DP should be technical fine for stars end and even some elvia zones. If you had issues with those most likely only practice or buffs that were missing. But hey, a few pen armor pieces never hurt to make things less challenging anyways.The second weapon and gear will almost always break even and the third for both is more expensive than buying from the market. Also kutum don't need to be pen so you can get a main weapon or awk weapon depending on what you prefer. The difference between tet kutum reformed 4 and pen kutum is 1 acc.
