110,000 miles and I have noticed that the valves are a little noisy until the it warms up. I am assuming that it is due for adjustment. Feedback apprecitated. I would have them checked based on mileage alone. A tight (quiet) valve can do a ton more damage than a loose noisy one.

After the valve cover is off you must unbolt the rocket arm assembly and spool and lift them both out together. The spool is seal with Honda bond, so this does take some effort. Slide the old spool off the rocker arm assembly. Clean old Honda bond off the head.
