My DD just got nominated for "membership" in this group which says that it is an "honor society for first and second year University students". They do have a national website and seem to be organized on her campus, UC Berkeley. No honor society is actually worth it imo. The connections you make in professionally oriented societies are more plentiful but are nothing compared to the strength of the connections you make with mutual hobbies or friend groups in the professional world. The primary purpose of these organizations is to line the pockets of those who created/work for them, and they do this by taking advantage of the naivete of young students.
