I have a very similar situation. Got rfe letter in sep 1st and sent response on sep 13. No updates on status. Still showing fingerprints taken status. Agent told to allow 60 days to process and have case adjudicated. Some fo's update status, some don't. So I guess I'll will ask again 60 days after rfe response submitted. My fo is queens ny.
