Jan 19, 2015. #1. I have a 1999 new holland model 1920 4x4 with shuttle shift. its been working great, been parked for 6 weeks and i go out and crank it and when i press the clutch and try to put it in forward or reverse it wont go. but with tractor turned off the lever shifts fine. any ideas. A.
