They are just mad cause you may have caused them to fall behind by calling in and the store manager is on their butts ... leave early or call out on triple truck nights is enough of a reason for them to cut your hours if they want. I would also like to add in that if you keep using ppto to leave early as a full time worker, based on the WOSH report you will be moved to part time (yes legally because of the TOS you signed in orientation) and will lose out on benefits.
