That is the fuse for both doors that is hot all the time, and is the one that people find the parasitic drain on when there is a door latch problem. The sliding door stopped working and the slide door light came on. I took the car to the dealer where they noticed damage to the rubber covering and the sensor wires that run right along the door edge.
