Turn switch on and run home brew menu, go into AOU automatic online updater and download sigpatches from there. Reboot and try again. As far as the tinfoil app that runs on your home screen, like I said I never use it. I prefer the homebrew menu version of tinfoil but you can always go to tinfoil.io and grab the latest version.
