I got a general gist of which heroics were the fastest to do, but I only decided to compile this list towards the end of my eight playthroughs. The following list does not depict all Heroics and their difficulty, as it is meant to help those players who are looking to grind sub lvl47 (Corellia level cap).

The gear rewards from the actual mission are often scaled to the level of the planet, though that applies mostly for story missions and not Heroics. However, loot drops from the mobs/bosses in missions are scaled to the player level.

Next is pub side taris (avoid mutations as it is open world few spawns long respawn timer, also the locust one is a little long so you may want to skip it as well).

maybe its just me, but i was now lvling the last few lvls on my toon to 50 by doing solo heroics. I have the list of quick heroics to get xp fast (dont care about credits or anything). When i was on Alderran i did the "Survivors" heroic, rep side. I noticed the Killik Elite mobs (dunno full name) giving me 7474 xp at lvl 47. So if your starter planet has several heroic missions, do the two easiest and that nets you around 19000+ points. Then run a single fast heroic per different planet 3 times for extra 9000+ for each. Depending on extra rewards for killing mobs or gaining renown levels, you'll be done after either 5 or 6 heroic missions.
