Apr 9, 2017 · There's a separate fuse for the power window relay control circuit; it's fuse #26 (7.5 Amps) in the cabin fuse box. It's identified on page 12-7 of the Owners Manual as Power window relay. Remove that fuse and then turn the key to ON and see if the clicking has stopped. Thanks! Sometimes the windows on my OB will stick to the rubber weatherstrip and not budge. Eventually the motor wins out, but you may want to try running a credit card or something else thin, flexible and not sharp between the glass and rubber. Then clean the weatherstrip with silicon spray to help prevent it from happening again.Same thing happened to my 2018 Outback today.
