The PL-5B is longer range and iirc sneakier. The PL-7 pulls a bit more. The agility difference is not big enough to be the difference between a kill and a miss in most scenarios, but the longer range definitely is, same with being more sneaky as people won't flare if they don't know a missile is coming.
