Normal mode gear is pretty meh, but evil and sad have more features so more types of gear, and they stuff is just overall cooler looking. Worst part is questing, challenges, guff runs (though I haven't needed to do that yet, but I know what they entail).

Entering Sadistic. Get the No Equipment and the first 2 Troll challenges completed straight away. You need those stats if your going to progress through Sadistic. Get a few No Rebirth Challenges completed as well. You need those titans coming every hour and remember to have your Exp digger active as you will get a ton of EXP.
