I put a carb kit and a fuel pump on it and helped but did't fix the problem. The armature drive coupler on the engine side broke when I was trying to remove it. I will get a few pics for you.

Re: Miller Bluestar 2E wont weld/no power. It could just be the accuracy of your VOM - or you could be looking at bad exciter windings - but the resistance specs for your unit are: 3 to 12 = .36ohms. 12 to 13 = .27ohms. 3 to 13 = .62ohms.
