It feels like there is a swollen area under by far side left rib. And sometimes the discomfort goes into my left lower side/abdomen. Sometimes, it feels like a pinch under left rib. Sometimes, it feels swollen. It also sorta can wrap around to my side as seen in the picture. Sometimes, the pain radiates to my lower left back of abdomen.
