Then after I start it the glow plug light never goes off. The battery charge test shows It is not charging. I had the alternator tested and shows it’s ok. A 12 volt test light for $15 can easily tell you this. Connect the test lamp alligator clip to the battery negative and touch each GP with the test light tip.
