The P0455 is thrown when the tank pressure can't be lowered past a certain value by the Purge Control Solenoid Valve. It assumes a leak in the system big enough that the pressure can't even be lowered to normal vacuum. The P0451, on the other hand, is an EVAP small leak code. P0455 Code. Strange question.
