The Uniform Bar Exam as it stands also tests the following subjects in addition to the above eight subjects: Secured Transactions, Conflict of Laws, Family Law, Decedents’ Estates, Trusts, and Partnership. Many companies, JD Advising included, attempt to predict which subjects the NCBE will select to test on the next administration of the MEE portion of the Uniform Bar Exam. Find out the Bar Professors predictions and spend extra time on those subjects. Doing so will more than likely prepare you for 4 of the 6. BUT you can’t not study the other subjects.
