The Glock LCI extractors have always worked for me in factory pistols and Polymer 80 builds. I didn't have too much problems with brass to face with Gen 3 #336 ejectors in OEM Gen 3 pistols. First possible cause, the trigger bar has a bur at the trigger bar and connector interface. Remedy is to remove the trigger bar and inspect. If you find one, I recommend replacing the entire bar, as its quick and done with OEM trigger bars being cheap (to me, at least). Second possible cause, trigger spring may not be installed correctly.
