I'm leaning towards an SM57 due to the versatility should I ever end up needing to mic other instruments, but I know the Sennheiser e609 (and e906 for that matter) are pretty widely recommended for guitar amps. Looking for suggestions from you folks as you all tend to be a great source of knowledge.
