Oct 10, …-Last i tried update BIOS through USB flash feature on motherboard, used FAT 32, MBR and chagued bios name to MSI.ROM, tried lastest bios and 2nd last. It seems to work and after few minutes of USB light blinking it reboots PC, still ALWAYS no signal and CPU ez debug red lightNot even BIOS/Setup screen appears. I say sometimes, because when I try to reboot it again it usually boots just fine the second time. I mean it is not a huge problem, but something is definitely wrong here. Only reason I can think of is, that I am using BETA version of the BIOS B450 Tomahawk MAX (E7C02AMS.341 beta).I just recently updated my Mortar Titanium while knowing the risks that i'm gonna do. Gladly it did worked in the end though. But it wasn't smooth at all. My Ram Overclock profile got into the way when i was about to install the new Bios and the PC refused to boot because of that for some reason. And that really scared the hell out of me.

Updated today from 1.1.0.0 Patch D (previous last BETA release). Running a 5800X and 3200CL16 2x8 GB RAM tuned to 3800CL16 1:1. If you getting a 5600x, get a B550 if you can, there better than the B450. if you have a B450 just update the bios. If you don't already have a B450 might as well pay a bit more for a B550. You get PCIE 4.0 with it as well. If you don’t yet have a motherboard, I would recommend going with a B550. Everyone is affected, I mean everyone with mobos that recently received AGESA 1.0.0.5 BIOS from MSI. I reported them that the problem concerns all their mobos with latest AGESA 1.0.0.5 BIOS but they only updated B450 Gaming Plus Max in my opinion because my support ticket was specific to this model.

If anyone find this thread I can gladly say that there is no problem with the MSI Tomahawk MAX + 5900x combo, with this CPU cooler and case all of the cores were able to go above the 4800 MHz limit, some cores even clocks up to 4951 Mhz so it is absolutely enough to run it stock, played some Valorant, max temp was 66 °C.
