I haven't found any yet, but you can get a full set in 3 hidden caches that were supposed to be shipped to the base, but never made it. Yeah got those but there is a full set of legendary Recon Marine Armor. Chest, helmet, and both the left and right arms have been discovered. They are all bought from various vendors.

There are no legendary legs for this type of armor, the only ones you can find/buy are without any effect. I've gotten mine from DiMa's memories, the 5th one gives the locations of 3 chests, each containing 2 pieces of armor. They may be randomized, but I got my legs from one of those.
